The best, hands down. We were in here for less than 10 minutes and they were very packed. They handled their patients with care and speedy services. I highly recommend them.
I have only been there once so far but I was impressed with the level of care and kindness shown by everyone, especially Dr. Bailey. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He listened to what I was saying before giving his diagnosis. I really enjoyed my experience with this location
This is JUST for their AI call bot Sophie. It absolutely sucks. I have called multiple times to speak with someone about insurance and no matter what I ask for help with their bot is unable to "connect with a staff member". I have tried calling the number for the person Im trying to reach and it says they arent in even if I just spoke with them 2 minutes ago. The automated system is terrible and makes it absolutely impossible to reach this office.
love the office and love the providers. we have never had any problems with visits or any provider. However they have changed there system when you call and you talk to an AI person instead of the front desk. I tried to reschedule an appointment and had the hardest time doing so because you arent able to talk to someone at the front desk you only are able to talk to the AI person. this must be a new change and very disappointed in it.
I gave a 4 start only because of the hearing aids themselves and not the staff. I wish I had done more research on the product. I've had hearing aids since 2018. No one in this area sells the type I had. These are new to me. I wish I had gone back to my Dr in GA to get the kind I had. Kinda disappointed in this brand. $5300 is a lot to spend and have issues like this.
