I'm writing this review because I think it's very important. I came to get my ears cleaned by a man named Dr.William Bluff. It was the worst experience I've had at any medical facility in my life. Here's what happened I entered the room and immediately he was VERY verbally aggressive. I was scheduled for a turbinate reduction on Wednesday February 11,2026. I was very nervous. The surgery was a success. However, I want to recognize 2 people. Denise and Aliya. They are great at their job’s. Their bedside manner is impeccable. Their attention to my comfort was spot on! It was like a I had to anxiety helpers at my ready. Thank you very much. You have what it takes to do your job and actually care for your patients.
