Great place, my only 2 complaints are when we first started coming here my daughter had bloodwork done and it took about a month and me having to call and leave a messages to get results or hear anything about her immune therapy.
Excellent first visit! Caring, compassionate PA and LPN! Sensitive and willing to listen to find an appropriate plan of action. Overall, very impressed!
I've been Dr. Tole's patient for several years. He is thorough and explains things well. When the initial treatment doesn't work effectively, he is willing to explore alternatives and provide support. The nurse at the shot clinic, Caitlin, is one of the best nurses I've ever met—very kind and compassionate. I did have some issues with another nurse in the clinic not returning calls, and I appreciate Dr. Tole following up on these concerns.
