This place here doesn’t do any heat papers you have to go to Miller. They said you go to Miller Street but then Miller Street tells you go to exchange Street so your best bet is to go to exchange Street in avoid those other two streets Arlington and Miller Street don’t go to them go to exchange Street Akron community. That’s where you wanna go again with the heap papers home energy assistance program.

Needed my hand rail on my porch. Was called twice and nothing has been done it’s going on a month the maintenance supervisor called me and have not received anything. I have trouble getting up and down the steps I told him that and nothing has been done. Called and asked to speak with an individual in a higher position and she never returned my call. Now I’m trying to find out who is her boss or who is over this housing company. The Maintenance sucks.
