Skilled, professional and compassionate doctors.
My son and I both had appointments this morning. Reception staff were friendly, helpful and apologetic for any wait (which was insignificant) As always, we were seeing our regular G.P., Dr Joe Massolino, who I have been seeing for 33 years, and my son for his entire life (25 years). We are more than happy to travel half way across town to attend this clinic. Could not recommend East Adelaide Healthcare clinic and Dr. Massolino highly enough
The physio Tom Beck, and then Dr Joe Massolino were both really great about helping me with my dodgy shoulder. This problem has been giving me grief for years, and Tom really helped me to improve movement and reduce pain, and Dr Massolino has now sorted out for me to get scans of the shoulder. They were both really friendly and happy to answer questions too.
East Adelaide Healthcare has been my go to for probably 25 years or more, but after my last visit may look elsewhere. Unfortunately my regular GP has retired so tried a other doctor there for a referral I needed. I booked quite early in the morning yet still he was running 20mins late and came out with quite a blasé attitude. I told him the referral I required along with some back history, but I wasn't checked or looked at specific to my case (which he could have done) other than having my blood pressure taken.
