Dr. Shill, PA-C Rose Jones, CNA Janet, X-Ray Tech Cooper, and Lab Tech Ashley B. (and one other who I didn't catch his name) were all very caring and did a thorough assessment. I SO appreciate their kindness, care, and patience!!
Today my husband needed some paperwork signed for a new oxygen machine, as his fried and he no longer has a portable to leave the house. He would be house bound until he could get in to see Marnie and the closest appointment they had was the 24th. Meaning he could go no further than the porch for pretty much the entire month. Kayla Riley and Kelly Ice went above and beyond to get said papers signed and faxed back to Inogen One. Great Lab Corp group. I need monthly labs and this location is convenient and fast. Staff is friendly, professional and a wonderful resource in the community.
I wish I could give it no stars.
The doctors are really thorough and considerate. They do a better job explaining what’s wrong and what to do about it than what we have experienced in other offices. I’ve heard about long wait times but we always get right in.
