The doctors are really thorough and considerate. They do a better job explaining what’s wrong and what to do about it than what we have experienced in other offices. I’ve heard about long wait times but we always get right in.
Called them, they picked up the phone, told them my problem with the meds she called the pharmacy and got everything put away with and told me what the issue was. I believe her name was Kayla, sorry if i got that wrong my memory isnt perfect😁
Nurses will make fun of you, please don't go for mental health. I went in for a ESA letter (emotional support animal) and once the nurse left the room I heard them talk about me. They had made fun of the belief that my boyfriend lives in a motel and that I'm faking it for his attention, and that I can't breathe because I have anxiety, that if it was a dog they would understand but because they are cats it doesn't matter. Getting these people to answer the phone is like trying to find a unicorn in the ocean im starting to wonder if their phones are even real or just decoration its is inexcusible and unsafe how neglecting this "hospital" is if you can even call it a hospital theres no reason to not answer a phone with multiple "staff" more than capable of doing so
Last month I went to the ER with severe chest pain. As soon as I arrived the night shift Aide- Amanda, Nurse-Lori & the Provider Abby jumped in to help me. It ended up being a heart attack & through this horrific pain my heart stopped! This team saved my life! Aside from the night shift crew Dr. Zuver, lab and radiology staff along with Paramedics & EMS all came to my rescue! I ultimately ended up being flown to another facility to have surgery.
