Need to start over, worse medical clinic in all of Washington. Receptionist must be on break or hasn’t learned how to answer the phone. Medical service is a band-aid type aid. If it’s any thing more then cut’s or bride’s I would recommend going to Moses Lake or Spokane Maybe someday they they will have more staff and people that cared about service.
Called them, they picked up the phone, told them my problem with the meds she called the pharmacy and got everything put away with and told me what the issue was. I believe her name was Kayla, sorry if i got that wrong my memory isnt perfect The ER is truly amazing. Wish I could right another review. Thank you everyone that helped take of me with the after-care of my seizures.

Dr. John Bauer must be one of the rudest and unprofessional doctors I have ever met, a new doctor to me,as I had been kept in on the Tuesday for high blood pressure for a few hours,and severe pain in the chest.i was treated very well,was given some pain meds,that helped me a lot,these people in the. Emergency room treated me very well and I am very thankful.went to see this new to me doctor Bauer,to get some pain meds,and hopefully, sort out my high blood pressure, which was 190/100/85.and felt like I was going to pass out.h... read more
