I’m in the Buckeye Building apartment (called the Arlo) and it’s one of five buildings on the East 4th property, and the constant clear noise from my neighbor’s apartment—from regular conversations, coughing/sneezing, to even pages turning in a book—leaves me feeling like I have no privacy and no peace and quiet. I recently moved out after living in the Buckeye Building on East 4th Street for 7 years, residing on both the 2nd and 5th floors. See the below highlights and lowlights of my experience on East 4th: Pros: Location and Accessibility: Just a 2-5 minute walk to Progressive Field and Rocket Mortgage Field House. I rarely add negative reviews on Google, and I'd like to start out by letting you all know that the obsessive nature of the leasing office and their google reviews will surely illicit an unbelievably disingenuous response to my experience in Buckeye Apartments on E4th for 2 years. 1. My security deposit was held hostage for no reason for 75 days after I moved out, and was not paid back until I threatened legal action.
