My fave spot!
Was in the mezz building for 6 months, my apartment was infested with mice, in my shower, couch, living room, bedroom kitchen.. EVERYWHERE. Would not recommend at all!!!!
I love the apartment and proximity to downtown life and my office - perfect for those that like to walk! Andres, on the leasing team, has been invaluable. I had multiple questions, some negotiation, and a couple of challenges and he assisted me through all of them with genuine care and delivered!
Lived here for a year. Do not move here unless you want human feces outside your door on the way to work in the morning, “your local alcoholic” homeless man heckling you every time you get home from work, and spiders and centipedes in your apartment no matter how many times you spray. I also heard gunshots in the alley beside the apartment building last month.
