Lived here for a year. Do not move here unless you want human feces outside your door on the way to work in the morning, “your local alcoholic” homeless man heckling you every time you get home from work, and spiders and centipedes in your apartment no matter how many times you spray. I also heard gunshots in the alley beside the apartment building last month. I had a wonderful experience moving into my new place.The apartment layout is fantastic and feels so regal. I especially appreciate the My own washer and dryer, a paid gym with a peloton and a beautiful balcony looking over East 4th Street Andres, the apartment manager, deserves a special shout-out! He was professional, efficient, and made the whole process stress-free. So happy with my new home! 5 stars for the apartment and especially for Andres!
Living on East 4th has been an incredible experience! The location is unbeatable—amazing restaurants just steps away, a vibrant atmosphere, and the convenience of being able to walk everywhere. My unit is fully updated and feels like home, and the management team has been nothing short of amazing.
