Took my Mercedes W202 to Easons in May this year after driving across the Nullarbor from Perth and having all electronics cut out passing Ballarat. Whilst the staff are no doubt friendly, which was appreciated, I was charged for them to misdiagnose my car and spent more than $2000 on an EIS and key that didn't fix the issue. After returning from Tasmania with my hire car, I had enough and looked over the car myself, finding the main power cable from the battery in the boot to the passenger footwell busbar had come loose. For a full European car service without the European car tax, Eason’s is the place to go! They’ve got all the same knowledge and tools as the big guys but can tell you about what can go wrong, before it happens. It’s also a lot like a good restaurant… always busy. Beware a quiet garage 😉
