Excellent customer service and they looked after me while I waited with coffee at hand!! Highly recommended.
Twice booked in for a service and when service was completed my main car concerns weren’t addressed at all. I said in the morning when handing over keys “need to check radiator- it’s leaking” or a month in advance said “need new tires they’re bald” and twice got my car back with neither of those things being addressed. “we missed it sorry/ ran out of time/ ordered the wrong tires”… Super frustrating to have to book another mechanic to actually fix what I needed.

I recently had cause to have my car repaired at Eason's Car Care center after the car went into limp mode when towing my caravan to Adelaide. The staff at Eason's went out of their way to assist and were always very helpful and kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. As this was an extremely stressful time for me, I wish to acknowledge the assistance that Paul gave to me was of a great relief in working through the problem and getting me back on the road.
