exceptional and fair – Bill has worked on many vehicles for me over the last 10 years, and not only is his work top notch, he's also fair and reasonable, and always explains what is happening, how to prevent problems in the future, etc. It's very disturbing that someone can post a review saying they've 'heard' that someone blows up engines. Everyone I know who has personal experience with Bill as a mechanic, and I know several people, all think he's a great mechanic, fair and honest.
The last honest mechanic – I don't trust mechanics. I've been cheated by several of them over the years and they were expensive situations. I moved to SF and needed work on my car after driving cross-country. I asked a local Porshe shop and they directed me to Bill. I was nervous about being cheated again and I didn't have much money to spend. Great service trustworthy – After seeing the two "reviews" here on this site I feel compelled to write my own review. I have known Bill, the proprietor of Eason Autoworks for three years, and if it were not for him my Porsche would be long gone today. I notice in one of the reviews above that the writer's "friend" had a '99 Boxster whose engine blew up while in Bill's care.
