My experience could not have been better!! Staff very knowledgeable about the products, very easy to work with on scheduling and installation staff did an excellent job!! They not only met my deadlines with completion before I was to move but they beat it by a week!! Happy customer here!!
We so wish the experience would have been better. We felt like this company would do a good job and be fair. We were so disappointed with the work, the quality, and the owner. Felt very led on and poor communication between installer and owner to the point of owner saying I was calling him a liar. The time and cost far exceeded expectations. I could not and would not ever recommend them.
Largest regret I have. I wish so bad I could take back this whole flooring job. Using this company became a nightmare. Cost and time overruns. So much extra time and money lost that could have easily been identified before they started if they cared. I hadn't heard bad reviews or comments on this company until things started to go wrong and I talked with other people. Then I heard stories. Excellent company. I highly recommend them for all your carpet, flooring and remodeling needs
Easley's Floor Covering did great installing Shaw hardwood in our loft. They blended it in with the existing hardwood flooring to make it look like it was all installed at the same time. Price was better than some other places I had checked and they even reduced the price since I did the demo work of removing the old carpet, padding and tack strips.
