We had a terrible experience with Chris, the owner. He is so rude and condescending. I'll give anyone the benefit of the doubt one time, but it was everytime we had communication with him. We took our business elsewhere, where we were valued as a customer. We should have paid attention to all the previous reviews.
Had ceramic tile removed and replaced by Easley's. Couldn't be happier. Chris and team did a great job through the whole project. Their knowledge & experience made me feel a whole lot more confident than what i was getting from the big box folks. Easley's will do any flooring work i have in the future!

My experience could not have been better!! Staff very knowledgeable about the products, very easy to work with on scheduling and installation staff did an excellent job!! They not only met my deadlines with completion before I was to move but they beat it by a week!! Happy customer here!!
We so wish the experience would have been better. We felt like this company would do a good job and be fair. We were so disappointed with the work, the quality, and the owner. Felt very led on and poor communication between installer and owner to the point of owner saying I was calling him a liar. The time and cost far exceeded expectations. I could not and would not ever recommend them.
