The front desk to check in and phone answering is very rude. The lady who works the checkout counter is super nice but the face of this practice (the ladies working the phone and check in are very rude) For example I said thank you and they responded with mhm. The doctor here is great he did 2 of my children for their ear surgeries and now my 3rd child needs surgery. I'm so upset. You made me pay 200 up front and had attitude of me even coming in. Then made me feel as though I could not pay the 200. I did and in fact did all I was suppose to. If it weren't for my insurance company telling me that I paid too much money then I would had not known I had money coming back to me. In fact, this seems to be a thing with your office. I had been really struggling with sinus drainage issues that caused all kinds of issues including vertigo and bells palsey and Dr. Saccogna has tremendously helped me with my drainage issues!! If you struggle with sinuses/allergies, you definitely need to be under his care! The whole staff is super friendly too!
