I accidentally booked a rental car through priceline with Easirent Car Rental and I will not book with them ever again. I was charged two pending charges of $250 instead on one. And the car was dirty inside and out. Never was able to talk to someone at the pickup location. The calls were forwarded to customer care and they couldn't help or answer any of my questions. Don’t book with Easirent car rental. Had a very bad experience with them at Lovefield, Dallas. We tried calling them for more than 40mins to pickup from airport, they didn’t even pick the call. We ended up by taking Uber to pickup the rental car. When we checked with them, they didn’t reply properly. We booked a SUV (santafe), but they were telling they don’t have any SUV available and only sedan car is available and we have to go with that. Very bad experience.
