This was a nightmare. 1) Not located at airport. 2) Shuttle was hard to find and a no-go if you have mobility issues and a 30 minute wait. 3) reserved vehicle not available, they tried to "upsell" to a larger vehicle at double the price. When I said NO, they "found" the reserved vehicle . Paperwork was insane!! Vehicle was in bad shape, and the "inspection" claimed no problems, but the windshield had a HUGE crack. Easirent is exactly what it’s named; very Easy Rent! Easy pickup, easy process, no hassle! Excellent customer service! Bobby and the rest of the crew were phenomenal! I will definitely be renting with them again!
Absolutely sucks. Not a 24 hour operation and would have to get own transportation before 7am. The location is very shady.
