Reservations were automatically canceled without warning and notice. Only 1 staff member present to help customers. I did end up renting a car outside of what I needed so there was an uncharge. I waited an extra hour and a half which was after a half hour shuttle ride from the airport. Highly do NOT recommend

I had a very frustrating experience with Easirent. I booked a mid-size SUV but was given a Chevy Malibu instead, with no price adjustment even though it was a cheaper car. The bigger issue came when I got a flat tire - the tire shop told me all four tires had dry rot and the car wasn't safe to drive. When I tried to contact customer service for help, I was repeatedly put on hold for 30 minutes until the line disconnected, three separate times. Only leaving 1 start because you cannot leave zero! Pickup was not at baggage claim like we were told. Pickup was block away in unmarked location. Shuttle dropped us off in front of a sketch building in a sketch area. Went inside and 1 person was checking people in and out. Kept hearing horror stories from people returning cars and warning us to take video of car because cars were damaged and they tried to blame you for the damage! Cars had broken windshields and worse.
