I thought I would have a hell of a review to write about this place, but appears I am not alone. I booked a reservation 3 weeks ago. Then day of my trip comes (Saturday the 27th) I get to Austin airport only to learn from 'EJ" 1.They are not on site. 2. They do not have a car for me. They offered another car at an ADDITIONAL $25 per day then my regular booking. I declined. They told me I could cancel my booking through edreams to get a refund. I then call those people. Absolutely horrible experience - I called them to get the required shuttle pickup and they told me they had no cars available (ridiculous and they could have told me this before I already arrived). Then I went to the office and they said there wouldn’t be any cars, and I heard them get calls from ten other people and tell them the same thing. Meanwhile a car arrived and they told me “that’s not the size on your reservation so we can’t give that to you”. They’re total scam artists - they allow themselves to be overbooked on E... read more
