Visited Austin recently my daughter and I, and received such great service from Bobby. He and his associate he was training were courteous, professional & extremely efficient. I would definitely refer Easirent and upon returning willing to use their services again. Even the shuttle drivers were very courteous & professional. But Bobby goes over & beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied, even when something goes wrong. Thank you Bobby for such supreme service, Godspeed!
Charged 300 for a reservation when they didn’t even have the vehicle I booked. And asked me to upgrade and pay extra . They are proving why there are so many one start ratings And they’re going to comeback with a standard please “contact customer support” comment.
Bobby was great ! Had a wonderful experience. Would recommend 10/10
Reservations were automatically canceled without warning and notice. Only 1 staff member present to help customers. I did end up renting a car outside of what I needed so there was an uncharge. I waited an extra hour and a half which was after a half hour shuttle ride from the airport. Highly do NOT recommend
Bobby was very helpful he got me in and out was very polite.
