Ordered a bed rail and according to the picture online and the specs it should have worked on our adjustable bed. When the product arrived it was not as pictured and it would not work and because the package had been opened we were unable to return it. The company did come thru for us though are made it right. Thank you Alimed

Not impressed. Had an order placed for 2 weeks without anyone contacting me to let me know the product has been discontinued and that they had cancelled it. Now waiting on another order that is similar, and hopefully it is sent in a timely manner as I have been waiting a while already!!

The sales people are not truthful. They aren't interested in helping people. Their responses seem to be self manufactured and not true.

Company unorganized and product overpriced and unsafe. I’m going through a leg lengthening surgery and ordered the adjustable height shoe lifts that cost over $200. There is no sole on the bottom just the foam which is very slippery and dangerous to stand in or try and walk in to check leg length. The product is very cheaply made for over $200. Then there is the poor organization of this company. I ordered the lift the first time and never got it even though I paid for overnight shipping. A couple days later with no shipment... read more

Ordered something that I need for physical therapy. Got an order confirmation via email, 3 weeks later it hadn't arrived so I called them. It took an hour on the phone to talk to the right person, and ultimately they said someone would call me/email me the next day. The next day, they told me my order had been canceled due to some error with the payment. Would have been nice to know that. I can't stand companies like this who obviously have no respect for their customers' time.
