Didn’t address the needs of my family. Specifically told her the issue was not new and had happened before, and that all of that was in his medical chart. However, she ignored family and the ER Drs, and tried to treat something unrelated. When our loved one coded and CPR was started, she did not show up, and the ICU staff had to video stream a Dr in from across the State. We lost a life and this can’t be undone.
