Decided to book last minute as I’m from out of town and was able to get a same day appointment. I had a deep tissue massage and Miguel knew exactly where my pain was coming from and addressed it. He gave me pointers for stretching at home as well. I would book with him on a monthly basis if I lived in this area and recommended him 100%! FYI Google tries to take you into the CVS parking lot but it’s actually in the complex behind CVS.
I have Fibromyalgia and was in a flare up when I went in. A massage isn't a cure all, but it certainly helped to ease my pain a great deal. Highly recommend for pain from disease!
Not only is Miguel skilled in massage, he is also well versed in the science behind the body while incorporating a holistic approach. He is professional, friendly and makes you feel like you're visiting a friend. I'm definitely buying one if his bundle packages and making this a part of my self care routine.
Miguel truly has the skill and a desire to help you feel better. He did more for my lower back than the orthopedic Dr and the chiropractor.
