I really wish they would provide you a reasonable estimate on the phone. I was looking for a toilet install and Ashley quoted me an hourly rate and that the job normally takes about 1 hour. The technician showed up and gave me a quote that was 2.5x the hourly rate with no itemization for the charges. I declined the service and reluctantly paid the mandatory service call fee of $73.83. I am sure they do good work, I am just not thrilled with how they do business
