This my first review. I'm going to split this into two parts to address things separately. The customer service was excellent. Ease sent Logan. He was polite, professional, well-dressed / well-groomed, and friendly. I've got nothing but praise for him and his workmanship. Excellent. Honest and practical. Logan was great as a technician
Logan was knowledgeable, professional and personal. He explained the issue and I was able to make an informed decision. Highly recommend this company and the technician.
Logan came out to the Church for a sewer back up. The same back up we have had before and others couldn't find a problem. Logan was able to find and remove a large clog and a damaged sewer line. We are going to use Ease plumbing to come make those repairs also.
