I could not be happier with the smoothing treatment I recently had done at EASE hair studio with Kaylee! I absolutely LOVE the way Inca Glow worked for my normally very coarse and frizzy hair. There seriously are no words for the before/after transformation - it is so much shinier and super easy to blow dry now. It takes about half the time and the results are dramatic. Ease? Anything but. I had an appointment with Erin, who arrived 15 minutes late with no acknowledgment or apology. I asked for cool blonde partial highlights with dimension and a root tap, but my hair came out completely warm with no visible root tap. I also made it clear I didn’t want a haircut, yet Erin went ahead and cut my hair anyway.
