Update: I love that their response states their policy which I already acknowledged, and then they say well we have enough customers without you so we're good. It's attitudes like that, that will lose them customers down the road and one lost new potential customer can add up. I'm happy to report the feedback on Facebook is about the same for this place, so I was right to avoid them like the plague. Update to my original review: After posting my feedback, the establishment did follow up with an offer to rebook my appointment on a different date. I appreciated the outreach, but when I asked why my original appointment was canceled, I was told it was because I had requested it—which I had never done. I did mention that I might need to consider another provider if scheduling couldn’t be worked out, but at no point did I formally cancel. We've been seeing Dr Natalie Bernicky since our son was 2 months old. He was diagnosed with Torticollis and the work she has done helped tremendously. My son loves her and is always happy and smiling at Natalie. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in detail. She is very flexible as sometimes it's hard to be on time with a baby. Not only did she help my son, I myself started seeing her and wow, it makes such a big difference.
