I was very disappointed in this medical supply company. It took me weeks to get them to find a specific product, send me samples, and then follow through with getting the supplies. Which, was never. I ended up going with another company after calling back and forth for nearly a month. Very disappointing. I would never call them again. Every time I needed help, I HAD TO CALL THEM, EMAIL THEM, CONTINUALLY FOLLOWING THROUGH ON MY PART, NOT THEIRS. THEY OBVIOUSLY WERE NOT HUNGRY ENOUGH TO KEEP MY BUSINESS.
