I would not even give Edward Scott 1 star in this case my mother hired him to do her roof; took 3 months to complete, fencing; never completed; as well as a deck; never started. He took the insurance money as well as more money produced from my mother with the promises that she would be paid back by the insurance company. He failed to produce ending invoices and estimates to send to the insurance company so as you will imagine she never got her money. He had written a check to her for a car then stopped payment on it.
