Had 5 split systems done with them 2x 2.5kw were on 1 switch in the main board while 2x 3.5kw and 1x 2.5kw were connected to the powerpoint switch... so anytime i had one or 2 systems on then turn a tv on or anything else off the powerpoints it trips the whole switch. I got in contact with them (extremely hard to reach) and i was promised that the contractors that did the job will come and fix the issue and that promise never came true... for over a year and the result was the same then i could never reach them no matter how... read more
Despite many attempts over several months to provide EAS Trades opportunity to address insulation deterioration less than 6 months after installation of 2 x split systems, no feedback or follow up has been received whatsoever. Professionalism and customer service is well below that expected.
