Kimberly at the Lebanon Ohio location is very friendly and thorough with explanations, etc. Service was top notch!
Dr. Combs conducted an extensive hearing evaluation, very clearly and professionally. Then she shared several directions I could take for improvement and she offered to followup and send me the additional information that I will need in order to choose my course of action. I look forward to having EarzLink continue to improve my hearing situation.
