Rebekah was the consummate professional. I went to hear with severely blocked ears which proved difficult to clean. But Rebekah was persistent and exhausted all avenues including microsuction and manual removal to eventually clear both ears. She wasn’t determined to give up which was very appreciated. She was friendly and engaging and I’ll be going back to keep up my ear hygiene.
