Really disappointed with the service from Earworx. I called to book an appointment with another clinic and somehow Earworx came up. I asked them if they were the other clinic and they told me they were. I explained I couldn’t hear and they told me it would definitely be wax and they could get me in for an appointment in a weeks time. I didn’t think I could wait so called my dr who put me onto the correct clinic, I got in immediately with the other clinic and found I didn’t have wax at all and had sudden hearing loss.
