I highly recommend this service for microsuction and ear wax removal. It is extremely gentle but successful and the nurses are so competent - thank you Sami! My second visit today and I have booked in for regular treatment.
It was great coming into the clinic. Easy check in, no wait. I didn’t end up having any wax removal which was a little disappointing how ever we figured out the problem as to my hearing loss. I walked away feeling relived I had answers and a way to move forward to fix the problem. Very happy I got the unexpected answer I needed.

I had to have a follow up appointment and was informed this would only cost an additional $65, but on the day of the follow up I was informed it would actually cost $95 because it had been over 4 weeks since my first appointment and they had also increased their prices in the meantime. This was the earliest follow up appointment they were able to offer me on the day of my initial appointment, so it wasn't as if I pushed the date back.
