The actual procedure is great. The communication is not. They canceled twice on me and they said I would get next appointment free and they said they would put a note on my file., they didn’t . They tried to charge me $165 and said I cancelled which I didn’t. Then they charged me $75. Really disappointed. The next appointment is supposedly free, I doubt it.
Surietha was caring, skilful and professional as she extracted the wax from my ears. I highly recommend this service and this practitioner.
