. Very gentle, patient, and a wonderful nurse. My 94-year-old mum was quite scared because of a previous procedure she had in another country, but this time she was amazed at how smooth and painless the experience was. We are very grateful for the kindness and care shown to her.

Needed the wax removed out of my ears and prior to this experience I had never been anywhere to get it done professionally at any point in my life. I was quite anxious to see how this would go because I didn’t know what to expect. Sami & Shannon were great! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
