Woodlands/Houston locations: I had a very good experience with Jennie Carroll - she was professional, kind and clearly explained the pros and cons of ear molding. We saw significant improvement in our son's helix on both sides after 8 weeks though only slight improvement in the earlobes (they still stick out), but overall I consider it a win as a non-surgical option to get little ears a little more shapely. I really enjoy going to their Southlake location. Everyone there has been attentive to my daughters need and on top of that, her ears are looking better each time we have a follow up.

Dallas Location: This place is an absolute money grab. I would not recommend this office to anyone. You will see the doctor on the first visit and never ever see him again. He was a kind soul and a sweet face to reel you in. I am a mom of three and have been to a whole lot of doctor visits, and have never ever felt the way the nurses made me feel here. Corrected my child's ear. They know all the different kinds of deformities and how to fix them. The plastic molds they put on the ear are breathable and flexible enough for the baby to be comfortable. Bedside manner is great.
