Betz work did a great job fixing my driveway . Everything went smooth and they kept communication open every step of the way.
Big mistake, ... I paid in full. When there was a problem, there was no reply to my phone calls, voice mails, texts, or emails. No communication. I had to call in another company to fix the problem and complete the job.
We hired Betz Works in December of 2023 to pave a driveway apron. The work was sub-par and directed water onto our property, where my two sump pumps needed to work overtime to pump the rainwater back to the street. Betz sent out crews there times and, each time, only make matters worse. Finally, in September 2024 I had another company fix Betz’s work and thy did a great job. I sued Betz in small claims court and won. Betz still refuses to pay the lawful judgement, so we are prepared to further steps to collect.
