I just watched one of their employees speed 15 to 20 mph over the speed limit on icy roads through NDSU campus. I don’t guess it matters how good they are at digging holes if they are risking the lives of students in the community. I tried to call and complain, but they came across as very apathetic and didn’t seem to really care. I was told they will “let somebody know.”
