I have been taking my dog here for grooming for 2 years now and my last experience was horrible and inhumane. One of the groomer - Amanda was extremely rude, showed no empathy at all and walked away in the middle of a conversation. The store owner saw this, apologized later for her behavior but didn't take any action. I left the store crying as I didn't expect to be attacked that way.
