I reached out to this company and spoke with Jeff about getting a quote for a paver project. After that, I sent multiple follow-up texts and got completely ignored. This is extremely unprofessional. I shouldn’t have to chase a company down just to get a basic quote. Communication is the bare minimum in any business, and the complete lack of follow-up here is a major red flag. I can't say enough good things about Earthtones Hardscape. Jeff gave us a quote for cleaning and sealing our paver patio. He kept in constant communication as to when our job was scheduled and when his workers would arrive. They showed up on time and stayed late until our job was finished. They leveled several pavers, removed stains and sealed the pavers. They protected our sliders from the spray, hosed them off, and even moved our patio furniture. Jeff, Brian and the rest of the team did an amazing job installing our paver patio complete with fire pit and seating wall. From the initial estimate through to completion Earth Tones Hardscape was professional, knowledgeable, and overall just easy to work with. We couldn’t be happier with our beautiful new patio! I recommend this crew to anyone interested in upgrading their outdoor living space.
