I used Earthside Yoga in all my pregnancies and couldn’t recommend more.
Lori leads such amazing classes, especially prenatal. This is my second time taking her prenatal classes, and she creates such a peaceful and supportive environment for all different moms-to-be. I recommend her classes to all of my friends and anyone I meet!
I am so happy that I found Earthside yoga early in my first pregnancy. Lori is a wonderful instructor and person with so many connections and resources in the birthing community here in Metro Detroit. Practicing yoga during pregnancy has been pivotal for my mental and physical health. The opening circles to connect with other expecting moms were so comforting and insightful. I would recommend Earthside prenatal yoga wholeheartedly.
Long overdue review. I had the luck of being a part of Lori’s prenatal yoga class when I was pregnant with my 2 babies. She is the most calming, supportive, knowledgeable teacher you will ever meet ! So grateful to her and the community .
The prenatal yoga class is absolutely fantastic. I was a bit hesitant to do something like this because this is my first pregnancy but please do! The opening circle is my favorite thing about this class. We all give an update on how our pregnancy is going and I have learned so much. Lori really has done a great job at making all the ladies feel welcomed and safe. Honestly, this class was such a life changing experience as someone who feared being pregnant. I cannot thank everyone enough that is apart of it.
