I've been meaning to give Dr. Kern an update on my very impinged and very painful shoulder. Not exactly sure what she did (other than take great care with me during her process), or what was in the oil she gave me to apply to my shoulder as needed, but I would say I'm back to 95% of my pre injury strength, and I have no resemblance of the pain I was previously experiencing. Truly amazing work, that I am extremely grateful for!
The earthside tea is so delicious and good smelling, I start my day with it every single day. Did not know a "healthy" tea could be so flavorful. It has replaced my earl grey. LOVE IT!
