We received an estimate from the owner, paid the required $500 deposit and waited & waited with no response from him. Finally got ahold of him & he stated, "he or crew wouldn't be doing our concrete curbing ". No reason given. I asked for my $500 deposit back & he stated, "he wouldn't cash my check & depose it". I gave him until the following day to return my check or I would file a small claims lawsuit. Within twenty minutes he rang our doorbell, handed me my check and acted as though nothing happened. We were incredibly, utterly pleased with the patio project Earthscape just completed at our home! My wife and I could not be happier. This is where the description "awesome" comes into context. Their workers, Tim and Rob, worked so hard and were very pleasant, friendly young men, which means a lot to us "older" people. Those guys went beyond the scope of the project, I think so my wife and I could get out and enjoy the finished product sooner than we thought possible.
