I scheduled a facial and dermaplanning which states is 30m and 75m respectfully. My appt was for 315p. I arrived at 307p and was checking out at 421pm. When asked about the time, I was told the times are so they can clean and sanitize before the next person. Won’t be returning. Very disappointed.
Recently called to schedule a massage at the Lakeside store and the staff was so helpful and friendly. Everyone was very accommodating and the massage was perfect! Definitely will be back!

I went here (Magazine Street lcation) for the first time this past Saturday for a Pedicure. I wasn't near as happy with the whole thing as I thought I would be, considering the price. I expected a nice, quiet and relaxing pedicure. It was none of the above. The lady that did my pedicure was very nice and my nails look great, but there was hardly any massage (like the description says on line) and I just couldn't believe how noisy it was. Was disappointed that even w the threat of snow and sleet, my request for a change of appt would not be honored. I will not go back, and will let my friends who gave me this gift certificate know not to shop their for me again. Bad PR, Earthsavers.
