Tricia provides an amazing massage experience in a quiet and comfortable studio. She has the ability to understand what your issues are, and provides whole body, intuitive massage as needed. Additionally, she is a kind, caring and thoughtful person. Her knowledge about my shoulder injury was truly helpful in leading me to find appropriate care as the injury requires surgery. I went to see Tricia for a multitude of issues, but initially reached out looking for help with issues regarding hypertonic pelvic floor. I was having consistent pain and having the constant sensation that I needed to use the restroom. In only 3 sessions my ongoing pain dramatically decreased, the sensation of needing to constantly urinate completely went away, and even during my next menstrual cycle my cramping was way more manageable (as before I would often be bedridden for 1-2 days during my time of the month).
