Be careful with this company, they charge a lot just for a routine visual inspection (many other companies will do it free), then charge few more hundred just to put cheap bait, for which you’re going to be stuck with them since you already invested a few hundred for them just to show up. So a bit unethical, otherwise seem very knowledgeable, and professional
