Sorry for the lengthy review, but I want to be clear about why I'm giving Earthnet a one-star review. In general, I've been happy with the service — I got what I paid for (more or less), and the tech support has been friendly, efficient and effective. However, when I decided to disconnect my service, I first discovered that it would take a month for Earthnet's sub-contractor to accommodate the termination, THEN I discovered that Earthnet would not re-imburse me for the 2+ months BEYOND that termination date that I'd pre-paid... read more
