Absolutely disgusting company to deal with, bullying behaviour, aggressive behaviour and insulting to customers when they don't get what they want. Dare hire from someone else and all hell breaks loose, I have the proof! Won't share it here. Heard of many issues from other customers or theirs. I would avoid at all costs. I have been dealing with this company for nearly 30 years. Originally when it was Marriott Tree Equipment I brought my first chipper off them. They were great to deal with and their head mechanic Terry who is still there is an absolute legend. Unfortunately, since the company has changed hands to EEA Their spare part section is absolutely atrocious to deal with. Every interaction I have with them has never been straightforward.
