Ingrid is a licensed contractor but has abandoned my job and has not returned my deposit. She disregards California building code and says she builds "based on Bay Friendly techniques and local industry standards" but will not say what those standards are. She over charges compared to other landscape contractors and will under estimate costs and add on to the cost as the job continues. I have a full review on Yelp and my review is in line with the other 1 start reviews Ingrid has.
