They have items that are hard to find elsewhere, however they never answer the phone to tell me if they are in stock. This sucks for people who would like to come from out of town and would like to check availability first. Please step it up before I find stores that are more receptive, thank you
Had a bad toothache on a long weekend and went there to get some clove oil and maybe some else to help. Out of the probably 100,000 items and seemingly 10,000 oils, there was one clove-oil choice and they were out. And nothing else they could suggest that were remotely helpful for a toothache. Great store if you want thousand of expensive "wellbeing" options. Don't go if you have a real problem.
I normally shop at the Berkeley store and lover their selection and knowledgeable staff. The Benicia store has a different appearance, it's in a major shopping mall, but they still seem to have a great selection. The staff is also nice and they could answer all my questions. Good store.
