I never received any service due to poor professionalism and communication. I booked a couples massage for me and my partner on the website. A day or two following, Ayanna reached out to me to advise they would not be able to service us that day and cancelled our appointment. Bought a 90-minute couples massage on Groupon. The massage ended up only being 75 minutes… which was a rip off. Our “couple massage” was us in two different rooms. Don’t advertise as a couples massage when it’s truly not. That’s false advertising. The massage itself was fine, but we will not be back for those two complaints.

Not a great experience. I went to this therapist for a "prenatal" massage. She instantly started asking me a lot of questions about being "older" and pregnant instead of being pregnant in general ( I am a 41 years old). I tried not to take offense to her first question, but the continued line of questioning an comments became uncomfortable and were all geared toward my age. I went to Ayanna to relieve prenatal neck and back pain, and her hands work like magic! She is also very friendly and great to talk to during my massage. I highly recommend Ayanna.
