Earthlite provides quality products but if you ever have an issue with your order customer service will do nothing to help you resolve it. My order was misdelivered. I promptly reached out to the delivery company for them to retrieve the package from the incorrect address. FedEx was not able to find my package and advised I reach out to Earthlite for help. It took me three days of calling and emailing to get in touch with someone at Earthlite. At that, I was only able to reach customer service by selecting the accounting dep... read more
