DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had this for approx 3 was. I paid more for extra data usage the the highest priced internet services on this planet. I ended up ordering a satellite internet company that actually had unlimited data. I tried to call customer service and could never get thru to cancel the service. They hit my son's debit card (which was only to use for initial payment) for another month of service and their equipment had already been unplugged from my home. I’ve had a completely awful experience with this company. Every other bill has mysterious new charges for services I never signed up for. Sometimes the makes the bill up to $20 or $30 dollars more than it should be. Contacting them to get the charges taken off is a nightmare and wastes so much of my time. Also, the $200 Visa gift card they promise you at sign up is basically a lie. It’s nearly impossible to get that. Save yourself huge headaches and go with another provider.
I’ve had a really frustrating experience with this company. I’ve been charged late fees even when I pay my bill on time, and my internet speeds are regularly throttled for no clear reason. This affects my ability to run and support my online community. I’ve already shared my experience with them, and many are planning to leave honest reviews based on how this company performs. People deserve to know what kind of service they’re signing up for, and my community believes in holding companies accountable.
I warn anyone looking for internet service to avoid this company. I have called 5 different phone numbers. The AI answers and recognizes me as a valued customer. Then proceeds to transfer me to technical support or billing and then hangs up on me. I consider this to be poor service. I also should be able to connect 10 devices. However only one TV is connected. Poor service again.
I don’t have a good thing to say about my experience with this company. I feel their company doesn’t screen their employees to fully explain their business setup to get their business ,my experience was a rush to get me signed up with a installation fee and not letting me know I would need the first month bill the next day after the installation.Which is not what I wanted or could afford because I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income.
