The technician was amazing. I was moving in on the day of the install and he literally offered to help get heavy items off of the truck. He was very polite. The company was amazing with the coordination and so far my fiber internet work’s wonderful and is just what I needed.
was excited when i first signed up, they said all the right things. i asked when my billing was going to start, they after my service started. my equipment was installed on a Friday, and Monday i got a messge saying my payment was late! that not what was stated. so after I pay the bill will be terminating the service pus they are higher than what i had before@
Absolutely terrible!! This is NOT high speed internet!!! Its a lot slower then what I had before and I paid a lot less before!! They also promised a promotion to receive a $200 gift card after signing up, however it’s been almost 6 month now and 7 phone calls into them saying I will receive soon! Still waiting for this supposed of $200 gift card … It’s bullshit and don’t listen to this company! I’ve only had less than 6 months and it’s the worst internet ever! I signed up for EarthLink internet for a location in Metairie, LA. EarthLink scheduled the installation to take place on a certain date between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. EarthLink sent 8 confirmation emails and text messages confirming the installation appointment. On the date of the appointment, no one showed up. They also didn't bother to call, text, or email letting me know that they would not be there and needed to reschedule. At 5:38 pm, I called Earthlink. Online was told, "EarthLink Fiber is now available in your area! Ditch the big guys and join the EarthLink family." 39 minutes later, I finally spoke with someone that would tell me what my options were after being hung up on... I'm sorry... transferred to nowhere multiple times. All to find out no. EarthLink Fiber is NOT available in my area. Wasted 35 minutes because the information I got in the first 4 was bad. Wi-Fi is available, but I'm on the wrong side of the hill to get cell service.
