I received the router and never could get it to connect to service. I called them the same day I received it and they told me I already used 42gb of usage. I am returning because I don't trust them. I talked to over 15 different people and not one would say we understand and we will make sure your account shows no usage. February 27, 2025 This is the worst internet service ever! Not only did it not work the 1st day but I call to cancel service the same day after 5pm & there was no one to help me, the voicemail stated to call back tomorrow. I finally got someone the next day ask them to cancel & they didn't send return label until the next morning in which I returned it to UPS the very next day. I called this internet provider for internet service that once received via UPS for $49.95, it wasn’t compatible with my computer equipment. So I immediately cancelled the day I received the router not even an hour later. I sent them the equipment which was free to do when they sent me a UPS return label. Why was I told that I couldn’t get the $49.95 back because it was a shipping and handling fee. This has to be THE worst internet service provider EVER!! Not only does the service SUCK and is weak, they have been lying to us over and over about the $100 visa gift card that we were promised. Initially we were told that we would immediately receive the gift card after service was set up. The $200 gift card promo is a scam. They will not send it to you. They expect you to forget then delay until you cancel your service. Internet is decent but prone to bottleneck very easily. You do not have access to your router to control who can be on it so if someone else is using your wifi you can’t boot them.
