I placed an order on a Friday. The website said it was estimated to be delivered the following Wednesday. 9 days later it still had not been shipped so i emailed the company. I received no response, but my oder shipped the next morning and was delivered the following morning. Inside my order was the incorrect receipt with someone else's name, address, phone number, and email address on it. Updated review: Used my Sun Shield this weekend during a 4 day houseboat trip, IT WAS AMAZING!! My skin felt so nourished and it definitely offered protection from sunburns. My skin didnāt burn and turned a nice brown color. Even shared with a friend, who liked it more than other non toxic sunscreens sheās tried. This will definitely be on my boat during summer fun. Have ordered products online for awhile but this was my first store visit. Great in store experience. Tiffany provided exceptional customer service and assistance. Visiting the store and getting to see (and try/smell) products in person was so nice. Iām a bit far for regular shopping, but it is a nice option.Ā
Just received my order so will not comment on them yet but wanted to say how impressed I am with their customer service!! Firstly, I ordered and it says it wouldnāt ship for 3-4 days and then another 7 for shipping but I needed the product for a trip.
