Very responsive. Products are good, and even people in the landscaping business say the artificial foliage "looks real." Great, and very fast, responsive service. Rossano, in particular, gives great responsiveness.
Our first choice was out of stock but Rossano provided first rate, personal customer service and we placed our order with her assistance. Great customer service. Also note, this is one of the few who provide info on "INHERENT FIRE RETARDANT FOLIAGE:" so you know it is safe and will pass fire inspection. (One such business completely refused to provide any documentation for their products, which I find absurd.) I ordered two artificial ferns for a client who needed them ASAP. I chose the weighted option and 2-day shipping. I received an email shortly after I placed the order letting me know that the weighted option may not arrive in time, and I could receive the non-weighted option sooner.
