I ordered two artificial ferns for a client who needed them ASAP. I chose the weighted option and 2-day shipping. I received an email shortly after I placed the order letting me know that the weighted option may not arrive in time, and I could receive the non-weighted option sooner. I worked personally to make orders with Rossano and he is very helpful. The customer service is amazing and I enjoy working with him. I can also say that the product is great! Will be purchasing more in the future.
I ordered a 6 ft Japanese maple that was hand made. I expected leaves that were wired into the tree. The item was NOT inexpensive at $650. When it arrived the leaves are plastic and attach to the tree on little plastic pieces that stick out. They fall out at the slightest wind and there is no way this can withstand the elements. I contacted them and they said well just stick them back on. Over 75 fell off yesterday and another 20 this morning. Total waste of money with bad customer service.
