Incredibly hard to do business with. My builder used them at construction. I've been chasing Shondra Eaker since mid November (2 months now) to get a gas log set installed. She has ignored me, via 4 voicemails 8+emails and 2 emails from my builder. Her manager even called me and promised I would be taken care of - that was 3 weeks ago. So incompetent.
