I fully understand why they have a 3.9 rating. The woman who answered the phone was extremely curt.
From the moment I walked into the Earthcore showroom the customer service was amazing. Josh was great communicator and very knowledgeable about the products. For example,I was so in love with this brick for my fireplace. It was being discontinued but Josh saved it for my install. During the process it was accidentally thrown away. When Josh found out he was up at 5 am digging it out of the dumpster in the pouring rain. I have nothing but praise for this company and Josh. Two thumbs up. Way up!!!!
We had a 36 Magnum fireplace installed in our new house in western North Carolina. Vincent and his team came out and did a fantastic job building our fireplace! I would definitely recommend Earthcore and their installation team.
