Delivered a transfer load with a delivery window between 6am to 12pm. No one showed up until after 6:30am. Forklift operator was not able to do his job efficiently because he decided to talk on the phone about the two tires, his dad is going to get for him this weekend.
0 Star review, but that wasn't an option, so 1 star it is. HORRIBLE company to work with. Started communication November 8, 2024. Communication was just enough to keep us around but via text and short & to the point. Sales was extremely anxious to get a signed quote and payment from us, but couldn't take the time to give us delivery, or install timeframe. Every communication was because I reached out first.
