Josh went out of his way - like 2 hours out of his way! - to see our home and provide expert advice on adding a fireplace. He was honest and thorough, advising us on the most cost effective solution and explaining the process. We are excited to work together to improve the value of our property.
We had such a great experience with these guys, Josh was able to help us get our fireplace done in record time to prevent any interference with other simultaneous projects underway with our home renovation. Our install manager was Alan and Vincent was the installer. Everyone was so professional and efficient, and the end result is beautiful!
Thank you to both Alan and Anthony for making a 2 hour drive, arriving on time, and being so thorough and knowledgeable!!!! They checked and fixed the issue we were having and couldn’t have been nicer !!!
I never write reviews unless something really stands out. In this case, the Isokern Charlotte folks did an amazing job pulling together a Magnum 60 fireplace deal for us. Anthony was unbelievably patient and helpful when I bombarded him with a million questions, changes, pricing options etc. So was the Dallas office (Tracy) that handled the paperwork and billing questions.
