I was seeking out a massage therapist to help reduce the pain in my shoulder from what is called a SLAP tear. I went through PT but the pain only went away when they did massage, but it was only for 10 minutes at a time.. I found Rachel and after just a few months, my pain went away. I now see Rachel regularly to help with any pain or tightness I feel in my body. I highly recommend her. She is amazing!
Rachel is a master at massage! I prefer deep tissue work for ongoing aches and pains due to my profession and I have seen plenty of massage therapists over the years. Nobody else can give me the relief that I get after having a massage from Rachel. I have to drive further to see her but it’s totally worth it!!! Rachel is also sweet as pie and caring.
